In November 2014, the Centre for Learning Enhancement And Research at The Chinese University of Hong Kong initiated the "Innovative Teachers Community" and started to recruit teachers who valued peer-support when venturing into new teaching and learning strategies. The project provides course-based consultancy and evaluation services as well for each of the teacher cases. The work includes setting of teaching goals, pedagogical design, planning/administration of evaluation, and provision of opportunities for sharing. Ten teachers from five teaching units joined this initiative in the academic year of 2014-15.
